Small tools, shipped.

I build small custom tools for businesses, like calculators, quote tools, internal tools and event experiences, then put them online so your team can use them. No installs, no fluff. Open it and get on with your day.

How these get made

Small on purpose

Each tool solves one real problem. If it needs a manual, it isn't done yet.

Runs in your browser

Open the link and start. Nothing to download or set up.

Always shipping

Tools go live when they're useful, not before, and keep getting better after.

How it works

Problem to working tool
  1. 01

    You describe the problem

Plain words are perfect. “Quoting takes forever.” “Our raffle is a pile of paper tickets.”

  2. 02

    I scope it

I come back with what I'd build, what it does, and what it doesn't.

  3. 03

I build it and ship it

You get something real to click on, not a slide deck.

  4. 04

    You use it

Your team opens it and gets on with their day. If it needs a tweak, it gets one.

Instant quote calculator for a vinyl shop

The problemNo two vinyl jobs are the same. Material, size and extras all change the price, so there was no standard price list. Every quote was worked out by hand.

What got built
A pricing calculator built around how the shop prices its work.
How it works
  • Pick the material and enter the job size in sq ft.
  • Toggle extras on or off: premask, printing, install or removal labour.
  • Rates are editable and the markup is adjustable, so the numbers stay the shop's own.
  • Out comes a cost breakdown, the profit, the sell price and the price per sq ft.
Where it went
It was wired into the shop's quote system, and later it powered instant online quotes. Customers picked their options and got a direct price.
What it did
Faster, more accurate quotes for the team, and customers could get a price without waiting on anyone.

The Party Stock Exchange

The problemA paper-ticket prize raffle. Lots of waste, not much fun.

What got built
A raffle that works like a stock exchange, where every prize is a “stock.”
How it works
  1. Guests scan a QR code and join on their phone. No app to install.
  2. Everyone gets 10 shares to invest across the prizes they want.
  3. A big-screen board shows the market as it moves.
  4. The host rings the closing bell.
  5. Winners are drawn with odds weighted by shares invested. Each person can win once.
What it did
Zero paper tickets, and a routine raffle turned into something the room actually got into.

AR photo experience

The problem“Stand here and smile” wasn't enough. Guests wanted something to play with and a photo to take home.

What got built
An interactive event experience that runs as a Windows app. Guests see their face live on screen with AR effects, take a photo, then print, email or text it.
How it works
The AR runs fully on the machine, offline, so it doesn't depend on venue Wi-Fi. A connection is only needed to email or text photos.
What it did
Gave guests something to play with and something to take home.
